Founding attorney Philip J. Harvey leads the firm’s litigation practice. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Harvey is a highly-respected member of the Northern Virginia and District of Columbia Bars and is well-known in state and federal courts throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
