Philip Harvey is a partner at Harvey Law Offices, PLLC with nearly 40 years of experience handling civil litigation and appeals in Virginia and Washington DC. Mr. Harvey appears regularly before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, known as the “Rocket Docket” because of its fast-paced proceedings.
Mr. Harvey earned his law degree cum laude from Harvard University. He spent most of his career at large international law firms before founding the firm.
